module manager soap error cms version 1.9.4.2 "Faanui"

My Module manager have problem with installing mew modules and upgraiding modules

SOAP Error: Response not of type text/xml - in upgrade module

in installing -

CMSMS 1.9.4.2 is no longer supported and error message is pretty obvious to me.
