Self-register users with paypal payment?

Hey,

Does anyone know a good way to integrate payment into the self-registration process? I found an old module called FEUpaypal but it hasn't been worked on for a while so I'm reluctant to use it..

I want users to be able to self register once they have made a one off paypal payment.. could anybody advise on the best way to accomplish this?

you'll need: orders, cgecommbase, self reg, frontendusers(aka FEU), paypalgateway, cgpaymentgatewaybase, cart.
