SimpleGoogleMap with secure site

Hi,
i have SimpleGoogleMap (V 1.1) installed and working properly.
i have had to make my whole site secure (https) as was the easies approach for all the forms and merchant account.
when i load the page with the google map it says some elements are not secure and the google map does not load (unless i click the warning button).

would anyone know if there is an easy way to make SimpleGoogleMap display securely?
