Quote please - Reservations Page/Module?

Hi all, we have a limo sedan service transportation site built on CMSMS but we are looking to add a "Reservations" form where the user can select a start point and drop-off point from a drop down menu of options (say from the city of Vienna VA to BWI Airport), and have the form spit out a price (calculate the route), and then give them the option to pay online using their credit card. We would use Paypal as the merchant credit card processing.

I don't know exactly what's involved in creating this, but if there is anything that comes out of this project that can be shared then great.
