Calculating server load

I would like to calculate the resources needed for an application developed with CMSMS 1.10.3 (bandwidth, RAM and CPU, concurrent users, etc..) in order to choose a hosting service. Does anyone know guides or tutorials on how to conduct such tests on applications php / mysql?
