Menu Help need to add | between links

Hi Folks

I'm trying to add a | between the main menu links in the cssmenu
So that the main menu would look like this...
Home | Next Link | Another Link

Using the CSSMenu top + 2 columns

I've been through the menu template, but cannot see where to add the |.

I know I'll have to style it independantly.

Could someone point me in the right direction please as I'm fumbling along and getting nowhere.
