Moved installation, Title-Tags empty

Hi,

I recently moved my website (all images, plugins, modules + DB) from the testserver to the productionserver to discover that the {title} tags come up empty... Please help!

CMSMS 0.13, new installation on wientanz.com, updated installation (from 0.1->0.11->0.12->0.13) on testserver bugovsky.com
Both servers are currently online, so feel free to compare.

As the error occurs on a live production website, please, PLEASE, take a look as soon as possible. Thanks!

Check in the /plugins folder if you have transfered the function.title.php file and gave it permissions to run.

Mhm, the title-plugin was only partially uploaded. I changed that and set the permissions to 755, but still no luck.

Don't forget to clear the cache (Site Admin->Global Settings->Clear) to regenerate all pages.
