Latest releases in Forge not in ModuleManager

It seems that all new module releases in the Forge do not appear in the ModuleManager since february 3.

Also the number of downloads per project per day are drastically reduced since then. (less then halve)
Only downloads for the CGExtensions module seem to be doubled?

Is this perhaps some kind of leftover from the scriptkiddies attack?
