Cataloger: Images disappear from Edit Content -> Images

Cataloger: Images disappear from Edit Content -> Images
I am having a real problem with Cataloger. When I set an image (.jpg) in Edit Content -> Images, then do a Submit, when I come back to that page, the image name is NOT in the textbox. Consequently, I can NOT get this module to work!
The Help file is virtually worthless... it needs a section on Getting Started!
