cms_selflink does not generate a default link title any more

Hi!

Since cms version 1.8.2, the cms_selflink tag does not generate a TITLE attribute any more. In previous versions, the link title was populated by the target page's description by default (although the tag help incorrectly stated - and still states - that the target page's title would be used if not title was explicitely specified).

a) is this a bug?
b) if not, how can I get this feature back?
