url redirect issue

hello
i wanted to redirect all my "http://www.domainname.com" pages to non www versions which i did via cpanel, now when i type in "http://www.domainname.com/vcampus/online-booking.html"
and hit enter it redirects to "http://domainname.com/index.php/online- ... oking.html"

and not to "http://domainname.com/v-campus/online-booking.html"

What am i missing and what is the fix

If you want the site to not have www. then you need to take it out of the config.php root url settings, and index.php?page= comes from not having mod_rewrite set...
