I want to install the guestbook twice to use it once as a guesbook en second as somewhere where people can leave other messages. Does somebody know if this is possible?

Sorry, Guestbook (currently) supports only one guestbook per site.
Maybe with comments or formbuilder you can achieve what you want.
It might be possible to create a copy of the Guestbook folder and make changes so it becomes a seperate module, but that'll take some time and some PHP skills'll be required.
