Hello to all CMSMS Friends,
a few days ago I transfer my CMSMS Site to a new Webserver and after that
it seems everything work fine.
old system: Win2003 - IIS, PHP 4.4.2, MySQL 4.0.26-nt, CMSMS Vers. 0.12
new system: Win2003 - IIS, PHP 5.1.4, MySQL 5.0.22, CMSMS Vers. 0.13
I exported the data from the old system and imported it to the new system - no problems.
I configured PHP and copied my site to the new webserver - the site were up and running without problems.
Then I tried to modify some content and I can save the modification and it will be displayed correctly
in the Preview but the site is still showing the old content. I checked the database and the new content is saved
correctly. The modification is also logged in the admin log.
This problem also occures if I change some template or stylesheet.
The only workaround for this problem at the moment is to delete the page and add it again. After that it's
possible to change the content.
Any help would be appreciated
Roman

Have you cleared your Cache in Site Admin » Global Settings?

Hello Mark,
yes - I cleared the Cache several times but the problem still exist.
I don't understand why the content is not read correctly from the database.
thankx

Re: After transfer - unable to modify page content
Hello,
sry - but in my first posting I wrote that I use CMSMS 0.13 for my new system -> that was wrong
I upgraded my system now and ... voila
- the modified content will be displayed correctly.
thankx
