Thought I may as well put this site up to show although it does use a hard coded navigation. It makes use of company directory for a lot of pages eg business and traders pages.

Re: A recent site
Looks nice!
My only criticism is that I think that the hover effect over the main menu is a bit blocky, and the search (especially the submit button) could be styled better.
I noticed that you are using pretty URLs (with .html extension), but some of your 'Discover more' links still have index.php?page=recreation types of links. Are you hard-coding these URLs in the links? Or are you using {cms_selflink} ?
How did you create those "Discover More" sections? Are they dynamically generated, or are they hard-coded in the template, or are you using multiple content blocks for the home page?
Overall, it looks very nice!

Re: A recent site
I had to launch it quickly after waiting a year for final content with only 4 hours notice so it still needs those corrected. I am hard coding those in as well. Some are done as links to the friendly urls some i ran out of time until i get a minute to correct.
