Gallery Cannot Add Images

Hi All,

I am using the latest version of CMSMS (1.10.2) and the latest version of Gallery (1.4.4). The module installed correctly but I am unable to add any images. I just get the error message "Error Invalid Upload Directory" and then a red image appears in the upload area with the text Error on.

I have tried with Debug mode switched on but receive no error messages. I can upload the images through file manager and they then appear in Gallery.

I have installed an older version of CMSMS in a sub directory and added the Gallery module and have successfully been able to add images.

All other modules seem to be working correctly even though I do have an additional error message always showing in Module Manager as follows "Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: Unable to access /home/glen5247/public_html/tmp/cache/c37464da75fcc5852f033190a8a7915e2.dat in /home/glen5247/public_html/lib/classes/class.cms_http_request.php on line 864"

Could the two be related? Can anyone suggest any ideas?

I have the same problem. Tried permission changes etc. etc. Still does not work. There is some talk about swfupload being the culprit but it is unclear as to what is the truth. cheers

Maybe try Album?...
