Hello all!
Well, I just went through TinyMCE hell and now it seems I found another bug with 1.9.4
I'm trying to link to a file from the file manager but the browse icon is not appearing when I try to add the link.
I'm going to hard-code for now but need this resolved before I train the client...can somebody please help?

1.9.4 is no longer supported, please to upgrade...
To link to a file you need to highlight a word then you can do it, sorry if that is what you are doing already but with such a lack of information it can be hard to help...

I'm sorry...I've done dozens of CMSMS installs but failed to realize YOU GUYS don't know that 
Basically, when trying to link to a document you highlight, hit the link icon and then 'browse' to your file manager document.
I have no browse icon...also the target dropdown is empty. Is this a 1.9.4 thing? In pouring over forums concerning my WYSIWYG issue it appears very buggy!
