the site only loades completly sometimes

Hello, my site was working fine but now I have the following problem:
The pages are not loaded completely, sometimes they load almost complete and sometimes only partly: like 10 of the images, the error I´m getting is:

the error log gives the following errores, for the images or whatever file not loading at the monent:
File does not exist: /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxx.com/httpdocs/
(but the link does work?)
And firebug gives the following errors:
NetworkError: 510 Not Extended - http:xxxxxxxxx

for all the files that are not loaded correctly.

I´ve checked all links and they work fine on there own. Is this some memory /chmod I need to change or is it only on the server side.
