Three Column with 2 News - wireframe3col NAV error

I'm using 1.9.4.3 "Faanui"
Basic Theme Frameworks - Three Column with 2 News and I get I get this error on the NAV presentation, “string 'Smarty error: unable to read resource: "module_db_tpl:MenuManager;theme : CSSmenuhoriz1"' (length=88)”

After installing the Stylesheet: wireframe3col : aRcolor seems to be a partial CSS style sheet. Do you have a fix for this problem? I tried a number of imports still the same results.

You can change the menu call to {menu template='cssmenu.tpl'} and it should work...

It has been so long since I made that template that I don't recall the aRcolor style sheet, I can send you a new theme that is fixed and working just fine on latest version of CMSMS...
