Will Install Delete Existing Tables

I have existing data that I don't want deleted from my current site.

Will it be deleted if I install CMSMS on the same database?

I've never install CMSMS on this server before.

What about the option in the installation that says...

Create Tables (Warning: Deletes existing data)

...with a checkbox by it.
