[SOLVED] Moved to another server - Modules not working

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

How did you move the site? Are server settings identical?
You could run installer again, uncheck "Install sample data" and "Create DB Tables" on step five, clear cache again and make sure files were not corrupted or missing when moving over.
