Moving site from local to live

Hi I am having issues moving my site from local to live I have copied all files and exported and imported sql database.

I cannot see any of the css files/pages within the admin, I have also cleared my cache.

Any ideas anyone please...?

Add install folder from version of cmsms it is, then run site.com/install/install.php, at step 5 where it ask for DB INFO UNCHECK CREATE TABLES AND INSTALL DEFAULT CONTENT, this will use existing DB and fix any path problems you may have...
