Ok..I have figured out how to create a new user and give them permission only to edit one certain page of my choosing...great!! just I wanted!!
But...
I don't want that user to have full access to the FCKeditorX functions, such as inserting images, and modules, etc. I just want them to be able to insert basic text into there particluar page, Is there a way that this can be done?
