http pages all displaying as https

Issue with HTTP pages all being served up as HTTPS after visiting the one page on the website that is supposed to be HTTPS, which does work correctly.

I followed these instructions and they seemed to have worked perfectly:

Here is how you reproduce the issue:

1. Visit the website: http://lawcharge.com/
2. Click on the Payment button in the top menu. You should see that the page is properly served as HTTPS.
3. Now, click on any other link. All pages are now displayed as secure HTTPS.
