I am getting a blank CGEcommerceBase admin page

I have installed the paypalgateway and when I selected the paypalgateway module as my payment gateway, the CGEcommerceBase admin page only showed the menu tabs with no links available. I have tried to uninstall, remove, even physically removed the directory on the server, but when I reinstall, no menu for CGEcommerceBase admin. I have also tried to downgrade both CGexstensions and the CGEcommerceBase modules. Still no menu.

Can someone look into this? I know many other people are having this same problem. Thanks.
