Guestbook Module

Post by RenRen »

I hope I'm in the good forum for this.

I installed the Guestbook module on the site I'm working on right now. I tested it, and I got this error.

Warning: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: Unknown modifier '/' in /home/deb36484/domains/irenkapetrarca.com/public_html/cmsms/modules/Guestbook/lib/classes/module/class.GuestbookFrontend.php on line 317

I see I have to replace something, but what and how and with what is the question for me. Also, I don't know how to edit the CSS f some guestbook parts. Like, the page for adding a new entry, there don't seem to be classes or ID's I can call in my CSS.

Thanks in advance fr your help!

(I did work with ther CMS' before, just not this one)
(And my O is not wrking as it should)

Edit:
I can't tell a lot, except fr this: I'm using: FF 5.0 and CMS Made Simple™ 1.9.4.1 "Faanui"

CMS: 1.9.4.1
PHP: 5.2.17
MySQL server.
Guestbook version: 1.3.2
Running n Windows Vista.

It would be nice if you could follow forum rules, like for example posting your system info?

As i recently worked with Guestbook module i cannot recall any errors, i assume that you might be working with older CMSMS version?

Hmmm...

We have this thing called documentation and there is this beautiful thing called google. I know it's 'no fun' to read up on sh*t or to spend a whole 3 seconds on google, but please:

The error is related to the bad words filter. Could it be there is a slash (/) somewhere in your list with bad words?

Now it's working, what was the problem then? Was it interfering with the PHP code?

Thanks tons!
