Developers Google Group Anybody?

Does CMSMS have a Developers Google Group. It seems like this would be an easier way to communicate with one another because you can contribute to a conversation via email instead of having to visit the site.

I'm a member of a local PHP group in Seattle. I receive all new post/question via email. If I want to respond to question or post a new question I simply send an email to the group address. All responses are also available online. This just seems like a way of providing more opportunities for communication and participation.

Perhaps this is already possible with the current community tools. If so, please let me know what I need to do to set this up. If this isn't already setup is anybody interested in this idea?
