Sorry if this post is in the wrong area, was unsure of where to place it. I am wanting to get a computer sales website up and going and had a HTML/CSS site kinda already made but was looking around for someway of being able to upload new products fast. Basically to where I just upload the pic, type the description, set the price and click "Add" (or something) and it automatically adds and aligns the new item to either the homepage or the page that corresponds to its type. (Basically to look like www.newegg.com to where when they upload new products I bet it auto inserts it?)
I've been looking around here for any known documentation or anything and have no luck so any advice would be deeply appreciated! Thanks guys!

You can look at Products module, if you want complete eCommerce solution you will also need some other modules like Orders, Cart, and other depends what exactly you need.

Thanks for the advice! Just a question though, since I have a site already somewhat together (the top portion is done, which includes the logo, login stuff, and top header menu for the customer to browse) but how do I make this site the first primary site?
