some thinsg dont want to update?

I cant get some things to update. I can update some thinsgs via the templates ad stylesheets, ut other thinsg I cannot. - Like the page title, the news template, and news stylings....

Any reason why?

I had a hack attack on my site and locked everythng down, I think this may have had something to do with this issue.

For example, what should the permissions be on the contentcache.php file be?

I need urgently to get this back in order.
