Self Registration: "Insufficient number (or incorrect).."

Self Registration: "Insufficient number (or incorrect).."

when i type in something to the Self Registration Module that would be an error. (i.e. user already exists)
Instead of getting the error message I get this

"Error!

Insufficient number (or incorrect) parameters supplied to module."

Im not using Email varification or captcha.
