Search Function Malfunction

Search Function Malfunction

I am working on a site about to go live (running version 1.9.4.1).

The search function is working on the Home Page (e.g. example.com).

However, if the search box is used on any other page (e.g. example.com/about-us) - it does not output any results & the page remains the same.

Has anyone encountered this before. I am running CGextensions and FormBuilder. Could that be causing the error?
