QR Code & possibility to add content blocks at page

Hello,

I have a project wich i need some help, the help i need are the following things:

Each content page should be linked (in the backend) to a HTML file with a QR-code which links to the content page. I should be able to add HTML/CSS styling to the QR-code page.

Second thing I can not achieve is "information blocks", they need to be added endlessly, possibly without a title when the product is opened in the frontend (this will be cleared in the document i have). An option to have the block automaticly open in the frontend should be created too.
