How to automatically open a new window after user have logged with FrontEndUser?

Post by noidea »

As I've said in a subject is there some way to do this? Maybe also using some other module?
I need to do a kind of a page with a "static" content but there is also a login field where only registered users can login. I don't need a custom content for them on those pages but I need to open a new window with a content only for logged users. Can someone help me with this?
Thanx

Well I've found out that a new version has this kind of redirection for users on some other page... but how to use it?? There is no documentation for those macros...

well, you simply put the pageid, or alias of the page that you want the user redirected into that field.

if you have a separate page for each user, and the alias for each of those pages matches their username, then you can use the username macro.  similarly if you have a separate page for each group, and the alias for those pages is the group name then you can use the group macro.

This does not bring up a new window, it merely defines a page to re-direct to.
