Help with Inclusion of Custom Form to CMSMS

Hi

I have an existing form which utilises both static and dynamic (it obtains some of the field information from a query to an xml file) form fields. The form itself works fine as it is, but there are some complexities in it which is making it difficult to incorporate the form (or its functionality) into an existing website which utilises CMS Made Simple. I have tried to utilise CMSMS user defined tags (UDT) as well as the use of the 'liberal' tags to no avail.
