[Solved]How does statistics module work?

Using CMSMS latest version.

Have installed the Statistics module and added {statistics} to my templates. What else do I need to do to make it work
because so far all it shows is 0.

As far as I know you don't need to do anything else. Where did you add the tag? I use the module on one site and I inserted the tag just before <__body>

I put it as the last item in the footer div.

I've moved it to where you put yours - will see if that makes a difference.

Just had a thought: changed {statistics} to {Statistics} and now it works!

It usually shows how to use it in the module help.

I'm so used to always using lowercase in code that I did it automatically.
