[SOLVED]Focusing browser screen on a certain part of the web

Im trying to guess how to make screen focus on a part of the web like internal link anchor but when the visitor enters. Without the need to click on an anchor or changing internal links to anchor links.

Instead of appearing on top i want it to appear on a different part.
