[SOLVED with 1.94] 1.93 and TinyMCE: newly inserted images

Hi --

I'm not sure how to get a response to this problem. Have posted it earlier, as have others, but cannot find any solution to this.

CMS 1.93 and TinyMCE 2.73:

Recently loaded images/files cannot be seen, unless I log out of Admin and log back in (and even this doesn't always work; sometimes you just have to just wait). A forced cache clear within the CMS does not do the trick for me or my clients.

I understand that this might have something to do with 1.93's browser caching, but no solution to TinyMCE's disfunction has been suggested. I have 3 different clients upset that they can't edit pages as they used to. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this. Any suggestions?

To developers, a problem with TinyMCE might seem insignificant; but it's not for the end user who is updating and has very few skills. If nothing is found, do people recommend rolling back to a previous version? I have no experience in this. Is it risky?

The caching issue is not TinyMCE specific. It has to do with caching overall. In 1.9.3 images uploaded with FM, arent showing in IM either.

1.9.4 is upcoming, but some more testing is needed.
