Order Manager Module Changes

Hi,

I am looking to slightly tweek the Order Manager so that in the default admin view the orders can be sorted not only by,

Invoice | Customer Name | Status | Items | Created | Modified | Total | Amt. Due

But also,

Invoice | Customer Name | Status | Items | Item Name/Names | Created | Modified | Total | Amt. Due

OR, the ability to generate a custom Report in the admin area which allows the filtering of the items further so a list of payments only for a particular product can be generated with a Paid or Non Paid status shown in the table.
