Front End User - Cannot Amend User Properties

I have 12 defined user properties and I want to rename/amend some of them however the FEU manager won't let me.

I have 3 issues -
1. Only 2 of the properties show the dustbin icon to allow me to delete them.
2. If I rename a property it has no effect.
3. I cannot change the 'encrypted in database' status.

Any advice, please?

Most likely you will have to remove anyone that is using it then you can maybe rename it or remove it and make a new one, then you will have to add users to it...
