Hi there.
Were can i find more themes ? And what i understand should all theme i use been in xml ?

Here you'll find all CMSMS themes: http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/

Templates made for different products need rewriting/converting and may not work at all.

No xml files are only used to import Themes made for CMSMS, you can also simply copy/paste all your xhtml code to "Layout -> Templates -> Your new Tempalte" add needed smarty code (best to learn is check preinstalled default themes and read all sample text that comes with default instllation), go to "Layout -> Stylesheet -> add new Stylesheet" copy/paste the code from .css file adjust paths to images (here is also best advice to see preinstalled stylesheets), go to "Layout -> Templates -> link the stylesheet to your theme"
