Iframe cusing global content block to disappear

Hi everybody,
i´m developing a page and has run into a problem I was hopin you could help me with.

On the page http://www.hbgvaccinationsbyra.se/index ... r-o-Resmal, whenever I´m adding a iFrame the following <div>-tag with a global content block disappears. What I can tell from the source code is that it seems the code messes up. Can anyone see by what?

The actual div-tag that disppears is <div id="nyheter">.

You are missing the </frame> tag...
