followsymlinks line in htacces, should i uncomment it

followsymlinks line in htacces, should i uncomment it

cms made simple 1.9.2

Im using pretty url and find that default htaccess on doc already had this.

#Options +FollowSymLinks

Ive read about it and more or less understand how it works but i still dont know if i should be uncommenting it in cms made simple 1.9.2 using pretty urls.
