How can i get 2 homepage with same style ?

Hi there.
I want to have 2 language on my homepage. How can i do to get ex: www.testing.se/english (english language) and www.testing.se (swedish language) ?
Must i copy everyfile into www.testing.se/english folder or is there any easy whay to do this ?

You can make a sectionheader of english and put all those lang. pages under it, I did this for a site before and it even has a select for the different languages made with menu manager...

No I didn't, I think that was already up when I did livingpresence...
