Passing form variables to new page

Hi

I was wondering how I would pass the variables from a form to a new page using CMS Made Simple. I have a basic date picker and need to be able to pass these dates to a new page.

Example: http://www.richardjordan.biz/index.php?page=test

Any help would be appreciated.
