Front end users layout

Hi,

I am using the second latest version of frontend users and cmsmadesimple version 0.12.1
I have maneged to translate everything into dutch.
But now the layout needs to be changed in order to get the textboxes to lined out.
I want them to be directly underneath eachother and the same size as well...
I also want to be able to determine where the login button is located.

Does anyone know where to do this?

Secondly I want the login part at the top of my page, just onderneath the search function (zoeken) next to my content on the right..
For this page I am using the EllNav Horiz/Vert L 2col template and I have put the login part in the second content area..

This is my css:

Ok some of my problems I have managed to solve, but now I have another problem in return....
