No file upload possible due to insufficient write access

I'm not able to upload files in a folder which i have created with the file manager.

Action:
In the CMS-MS file manager i have created a folder (it worked). Then i have switched to this folder.
If i now try to upload a file the system tells me, that it was not able to upload the file because of access problems.

The folder has file rights 755.
The entry default_upload_permission in the config.php is set to 777.

I'm using CMS MS 0.12.1 .

With www2ftp.de or a FTP-Program i am able to create folder and upload files.
