unable to get on to your CMSMS site with email addresses

Hello, I am quite frustrated by this.

I signed up and installed a CMSMS db about 2 years ago. I am trying to log into your bulletin board to post a question (that I will post separately) but when I click "forgot password", I am told my email is "not on the system".

But upon attempting to re-register, I am being told my user email address is "already in use."

So how can it be both "not in the system" and "already in use"?

I have had to use a friend's email address to join again today. I would like to restore my old account.

Thank you for sending me a reply. However, I am unable to reply to your reply under the private messages. I believe the board is telling me I am too new to send private messages?

Can you PM me again, with an email address so I can give you my old member details?
