Two problems with Wiki

Post by replytomk3 »

1) Search box is unusable with Firefox. I have said this several times.

2) http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/Share_your_tags_here Some text appears on the top of the page, not in English. Is it supposed to be there?

3.6.13 on XP. Previous versions as well. I cannot click on any links at the top, actually. I would like to know if I am not the only one.

Please be more specific - what links are you referring to?  The languages at the very top?  Or the next nav links down (main site nav), or the wiki Table of Contents links?

Using FF 3.6.13 on WinXP, and all the links work, as well as the search box.

I also see the non-English text on the Share Your Tags page, and I suspect it should either be in English or not there at all.  But I think any wiki editor should be able to change it?

Concerning searchbox:
I can use it (Firefox 3.6.13), but it never gives a result (it does give results!)

Concerning text on top of page:
On 13th July 2010, 7.05 h Rvaneerd introduced these lines:
{{User Handbook TOC Inline/User_Handbook/Admin_Panel/Extensions/nl}}
{{LanguageHeader/nl}}
This must have been a mistake.
These lines are meant for dutch pages, not english, and on top of that the first line is outdated.
Since you are already editing this page Replytomk3, I suggest you replace them by the correct lines for english pages.

Search works ok for me in FF 3.6.13.

I fixed the Dutch stuff that got mixed in.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.

I have attached a screenshot. Right clicking and selecting properties might give you more information. Should I post what is listed under right click?
