Place text on iframe and show all sites with full template

Hello everyone,

I would like to create all my content on the site inside iframe.
and I have full template that contain the iframe.
And I don't find any way to put all my content with the full template with iframe.
I create new template for content pages, Its should be the iframe page.
And I should made a page to control the iframe.
How can I do that?
