Home link (breadcrumb) does not work...

Hi,

when i navigate inside my side and i want to go back to the first page and
i press the "home"-breadcrumb, the starting-page does not load and i get
a "HTTP 404" Error. Error ist from Browser NOT from Server or CMS. The
link generated from the "home" breadcrumb seems to be wrong. Bug or
my fault? Standard installation, no additinal modules, no mod_rewrite.
