CGBlog: Any one got any good CGBlog Templates to share?

I like this CGBlog Template http://www.quantumrealms.com/blog/2/How ... -in-CMSMS/
But probably take me 2 days to make from the CGBlog install.
This is what I have made so far http://www.bodyblazefitness.com.au/index.php?page=blog Which has taken me 3 hours.  I don’t know where to get the template parameters.
